Pacman problems latest MSYS2 #53

I have installed the latest MSYS2 on my Windows 10, after I installed some packages a few days ago, I can't run pacman, it's so strange.

I replaced the pacman with the old one. Now it worked. I upload the original and updated version of pacman. Hope anyone help to analyze it.

I use msys2 that comes preinstalled with omnet++, When I update pacman to support zstd, I get the same result. Any way to fix this?
