Rejecting session from remote peer leaves local peer hanging #16

Im not really sure about this, it looks like something in the GUI layer. Any ideas?

Think this should be moved into whisper-cli initially.

I tested this in whisper-core by setting reject on test_receiever.c accept/reject callback to reject all. It seemed to carry on fine after rejecting
