Closes #19

Adding instructions on how to upload files with FileZilla. I need to try this on Windows and make changes/adds depending on how different it is (That'll maybe be a next PR).

I’m going to test on Linux this afternoon, as we now have Linux instructions elsewhere.

@cansavvy I am going to add a Linux installation section - do you want me to do that on this branch or on a new PR?

Tried to rearrange the sections in a slightly more logical order. I've incorporated the wording changes suggested by @jashapiro and @jaclyn-taroni . I think this is ready for another review.

Alrighty. Made these changes and built it locally to check. I believe everything looks ship shape.
