What scientific question is your analysis addressing?

Updating telomerase-activity-prediction to use cancer_group in addition to short/broad histology in the analysis. The main figure will use cancer_group plot only.

What was your approach?

I updated the output file name to plot _histology.pdf to plot broad_histology, short_histology and cancer_group and a separate plot for cancer_group only for the main figure.
