I am working on #1173. To make that easier, I've altered the CNS mutational signature fitting step to save the entire output of fit_signatures(). This file is 2.2 GB in size, so it needs to be ignored. I also want there be a way, using the shell script, to only run the steps required for the fitting CNS signatures.
