Rearrange manuscript figures

We want to modify some aspects of current figure layouts to make room for further exploration of (ultra)hypermutators.

What changes need to be made? Please provide enough detail for another participant to make the update.

The following changes should be made:

• Current Figure 3C (mutational signatures sina/IQR) panel should be made wide instead of long
• Updated panel in Figure 3 (edited for typo, said Fig 5 by accident!) showing TP53 scores across cancer groups. This will be a boxplot with jitter, but we will shape the (ultra)hypermutator samples differently to emphasize them
• Move GSVA and UMAP panels currently in Figure 4 into Figure 5 panels, and associated file reorganization
• Rename TelomeraseActivities.R to be clearer it is for Figure 4. Note that this script is renamed here, but it will be updated further as part of Issue #1272
