Updated analysis: SNV Callers #1294

What analysis module should be updated and why?

The snv-callers module code is out of date and does not run. I believe the current data release v21 should be used, but potentially not for historical reasons(?) CC @jaclyn-taroni

When do you expect the revised analysis will be completed?

Who will complete the updated analysis?

In principle, we should update it, but I don't think we can say for sure until we know why it does not run.

Ah! Brain fart. I meant tmb-compare needs to be updated. I had been working on figures last week using both of these modules so confused them.

The tmb-compare module is using deprecated paths, which needs to be fixed and is straight-forward. I'm going to close/re-open for clarity.
