Deprecate correlation plots #1299

Correlation plots previously made to include in Figure S5 are no longer stubbed for S5, as described in Issue #1297.

This PR deprecates the script by moving it from figures/scripts/ into figures/scripts/deprecated, and removes the associated PDF panels from figures/pdfs/correlation_plots/. Because the script remains in the repo, these figures are very easily restored later as needed.

CI is not testing anything for this PR, so merging without it!
