Update cancer group abbreviations #1308

Closes #1306

This PR updates three cancer group abbreviations:

Ganglioglioma from GG --> GNG
Ependymoma can be abbreviated EPN
Craniopharyngioma from CP --> CRANIO

This PR further updates the plot figures/pdfs/fig1/panels/tumor_descriptor_proportion_panel.pdf to use these new abbreviations.

The notebook getting update here used to get run in CI, but that no longer is the case. Going to go ahead and merge this so we can get the updates into #1305.
