What analysis module should be updated and why?

What changes need to be made? Please provide enough detail for another participant to make the update.

From the manuscript METHODS, add the tables named Table S1. Clinical metadata collected for OpenPBTA. {#tbl:S1} and Table S2. Harmonized CNS brain regions derived from primary site values. {#tbl:S2} as supplemental tabs of metadata to S1.

What input data should be used? Which data were used in the version being updated?

Table S1. Clinical metadata collected for OpenPBTA. {#tbl:S1} -- this is more of a README and Table S2. Harmonized CNS brain regions derived from primary site values. {#tbl:S2} -- derived from discussion with Cassie Kline and performed upstream during histology file prep.

When do you expect the revised analysis will be completed?
