Copy heatmap panels #1355

This PR copies over the heatmap panels (panel and legend) used in Figure 4 into the figures/ directory.

Lines to copy this code were previously added to generate-figures.sh, but it looks like the panels themselves didn't actually get copied.

Welp! I now realize why this wasn't yet done - the heatmaps are being updated in #1326.

Therefore instead of this PR, we should make sure to perform the copying in #1326. Closing this PR.
