Add run script to GSVA module #1370

The GVSA module does not have a single run script to run the module. This is not consistent with other analysis modules, but since this module is in the paper, it should have a run script.

@sjspielman will do this

The GSVA module absolutely already has a run script, and it's unclear why I didn't see it there! Nevermind!
