Currently in https://github.com/AlexsLemonade/OpenPBTA-analysis/blob/master/doc/data-files-description.md, some analysis modules are not clearly spelled out analyses modules. For example, the Origin entry of CNV consensus calls would be clearer if it said copy_number_consensus_call.
