Re-compile Figure 1 #1482

With the merge of #1456, Figure 1 needs to be re-compiled to use the updated panel.

Before submission, we may need to resize some figure compilations to meet the following guidelines, namely the 8.5x11" criterion. This is a simple matter of re-exporting from the Graphic app at the given relative size.
