Re-compile Figure 3 #1488

Figure 3 will need to be recompiled.

Note from #1393:

There is some funky compilation-induced text in Figure 3D as well as overly thick lines in 3E. The compilation requires minor tweaks.

Before submission, we may need to resize some figure compilations to meet the following guidelines, namely the 8.5x11" criterion. This is a simple matter of re-exporting from the Graphic app at the given relative size.

This figure actually looks funky on the PDF side I am now seeing; points in the boxplots aren't rendering well, but they are fine in PNG. So this does need to be redone anyways.
