Re-compile Figure 5 #1490

We'll need to re-compile updated panels into an overall Figure 5.

Before submission, we may need to resize some figure compilations to meet the following guidelines, namely the 8.5x11" criterion. This is a simple matter of re-exporting from the Graphic app at the given relative size.
