Re-generate snv-callers panels for Figure S2 #1494

This script will need to be re-run and updated for V22: supp-snv-callers-panels.R

Note that this needs to be done on AWS.

In order to re-generate these figures, the snv-callers analysis module needs to be re-run with post-subtyping V22. This is because a populated scratch/snv-callers/ is necessary to make plots, but that directory is not present on the EC2 instance I've spun up. TBD whether there are any diffs to contend with! Regardless, it might be good to update this script as well with a quick check to fail if there is no scratch/snv-callers/ directory and prompt users to run the module first.
