Re-generate supplemental UMAP figures #1496

UMAP figure panels for Figure S6 need to be updated for V22 by re-running and updating, as needed, this script: (https://github.com/AlexsLemonade/OpenPBTA-analysis/blob/master/figures/scripts/supp-subtype-umap.R)

@jharenza I'm good to keep this! I have a good amount of time to march through a lot of this re-generation this week, but if I feel I'm need some help with it all I'll ping you.

Note to self - make sure to add useDingbats=FALSE to this code where missing.
