Re-compile Figure S4 #1499

S4 panels will need to be re-compiled into an overall figure.

Before submission, we may need to resize some figure compilations to meet the following guidelines, namely the 8.5x11" criterion. This is a simple matter of re-exporting from the Graphic app at the given relative size.

This is blocked by the Figure 3 issue since both will likely need to modify mutational signatures code for figure sizing, and I don't want to induce conflicts.
