Re-generate GSVA and UMAP panels #1511

Closes #1491

This PR re-runs the script figures/scripts/fig5-panels/gsva-umap.R to re-generate UMAP and GSVA panels for Figure 5 and their legends. I made one small change to an incorrect ocmment in the script, but otherwise this ran successfully. The appropriate new palette was applied to broad histology and cancer group groupings.

This code does not run through CI so we can merge before checks complete.
