Copy interaction plot panel into figures/pdfs/ #1514

Closes #1486

This PR copies the updated interaction plot into figures/pdfs/fig3/panels/. This plot was remade for V22 in #1453, but that PR did not copy the panel over from the analysis module into the final figure directory.
