Revision: V23 compiled figures

After #1674, we can recompile all figure panels as needed. Once it is determined which compilations need to be redone, comment below!

As indicated in #1677 and/or #1682, we'll need to recompile the following (reason for recompiling):

• Figure 1 (B)
• Figure 2 (all panels except maybe LGG, but let's say all panels)
• Figure 3 (A-D)
• Figure 4 (G and H)
• Figure 5 (legend for panel A, and maybe the heatmap in B but it really does seem ok to me)
• Figure S3 (A, C-D). Note that we want to update this figure more generally by adding a panel: https://github.com/AlexsLemonade/OpenPBTA-analysis/issues/1675#issue-1591964073
• Figure S4 (A)
• Figure S5 (B-C; note there are no diffs in this PR, but these panels are different from V22 versions since we highlight TERTp now)
• Figure S6 (EPN panel title, E)
