Update figure 1 for publication

Closes #1736

This PR updates figure 1. I made the following changes:

• Some code tweaks to panel B to get bigger fonts. This also involved making the figure overall wider, and as a consequence...
• Panel A is now a bit narrower, but still has large fonts. I moved the experimental strategy text box to the left to give the tumor barplots (B) a bit more breathing room
• I increased the font in Panel C, which lead to some odd overall plot proportions, so I also ended up increasing Panel D font to match and thereby fix plot proportions

@sjspielman I think this looks great, but can I share with you the CBTN and PNOC logos directly so the aspect ratios are retained?

@jharenza yes, please do send me those logos, thanks!! I had to resize that little part separately from the rest of the biorender figure order to get larger text, which involved some cropping. The current (probably slightly off!) dimensions for the CBTN/PNOC "combined" logo are 2.8" wide x 0.65" height, so something about 2.8" wide with whatever the right height is to achieve a good aspect ratio would be great!
