Update figure 2 for publication #1747

More font size, more better! Minor code changes to regenerate the main oncoprint panels at smaller overall dimensions, and updated compilations. There is one content change I have in there for now - I changed "Germline sex estimate" --> "Sex" in order to make the larger fonts fit. If we keep this plot change, we will need to make a very small change to the figure 2 legend: https://github.com/AlexsLemonade/OpenPBTA-manuscript/blob/19df8fc2ad93ac482108cf073e4a7393170ef488/content/03.results.md?plain=1#L148

Specifically, we'd just need to remove the parenthetical (Germline sex estimate). 

Histology (`Cancer Group`) and sex (`Germline sex estimate`) annotations are displayed under each plot.
