Confirm that Zenodo CSVs match their figure panels #1755

Following #1754, do a once-over of all the files to make sure everything matches!

Did a full inventory and there is just one quick update we need to do - "swap" 4B and 4C in https://github.com/AlexsLemonade/OpenPBTA-analysis/blob/20fb1c8f20676db70fd2d44bab51f27332e7e9e8/figures/scripts/fig4-tp53-telomerase-panels.R Technically, and happily, these CSVs are not actually wrong - they just have confusingly-named columns!
