Create reproducibility overview figure #491

This issue tracks making a figure/diagram that maps out the relationship among different reproducibility tools/strategies we use in OpenScPCA, including:

module-specific renv and/or conda environments
module-specific Dockerfiles
GHAs (using test data) that run each module upon changes
a GHA that periodically runs all module GHAs^
OpenScPCA-nf
