Create a periodic release using the periodic release workflow.

I think we will want to just check that the previous spellcheck was "good enough" for these periodic releases or we are going to end up in endless cycles. For versioned releases we can be more strict.

Noting that for this version's spellcheck, we only updated spelling errors in Data Lab members' analysis modules - in part to not go overboard, and in part to help contributors avoid conflicts.

@jashapiro at some point we took the code styling workflow out of this checklist since it wasn't quite ready yet. I'm going to trigger it and see what the situation looks like..and then decide from there how much makes sense to tackle.

Either way I'll add it back to this template.
