This issue tracks fixing typos identified by scheduled spellcheck workflow.

Spellcheck found 59 errors.

Issue checklist

[ ] Assign an OpenScPCA admin
[ ] Spell check errors have been fixed via a PR
[ ] Spell check workflow has been run to confirm spelling errors are fixed.
If the PR branch has a name that starts with spelling/ and the dictionary.txt file is updated, the spell check workflow will run automatically. Otherwise the spell check workflow may need to be run manually.

All of the typos here are in the cell-type-wilms-tumor-06 module, so I'm inclined to leave them for now since that module is still in progress, and we'd like to avoid conflicts for the time being.

I could see adding some of the words/terms to the dictionary, as many of those will almost certainly come up again, but I agree about not changing the files in the module at this time.
