When I was processing the neuroblastoma samples for the Dyer-chen group, I was having trouble pushing all samples through the workflow together and noticed that when I broke up the samples by seq_unit that they were able to run. This was while we were in the midst of updating the alevin-fry workflow parameters and steps last time, so it may not be an issue anymore, but since we are now using the same configurations for single-nuclei and single-cell samples, we should be able to run them together and see if this is still an issue and if we need to fix it.
