Run 5' samples through cellranger #131

In an effort to test Alevin-fry's mapping ability for 5' samples, we need to pick a few samples and run them through CellRanger to have as a comparison. We will use 3 5' samples and run through Cell Ranger and then compare to the same 3 samples run through Alevin-fry.

SCPCR000286 and SCPCR000287 have been run through Cell Ranger and the output can be found in s3://nextflow-ccdl-results/scpca/cellranger-quant.
