This PR adds the intial exploration of cellhash results, focused on looking at the hashtag oligos and attempting genotyping based on those results.
The short version is that it doesn't work too well, at least not with the initial data samples that I tried. The notebook tries a few methods, but none seem to do a great job...
I am sure that there is room to improve this analysis, but I thought we might want to wait for better data before spending too much time on that endeavor! If there are relatively simple changes to add, I would be happy to extend the analysis though!
