I envision this should describe the overall structure of the repository, including the contents of the aws and workflow directories, as well as where the data files are stored.
General usage instructions, including how to access to AWS and run a nextflow pipeline, should be described briefly, with links to more detailed instructions. Some of these will be external sites, but also pointers to any other READMEs within the repo that cover more specific types of analyses and tools.
