This is related to #57. This moves the previous nextflow cellranger script to a new script `workflows/cellranger-quant/run-cellranger4.nf' which references the old container for cellranger 4.0.0. The new updated nextflow workflow now references the new docker container on AWS created by #55.
I have not yet run the workflows on AWS batch, so will do that next before committing any changes.
