_I'm breaking up the files from jaclyn-taroni/qc_viz into smaller PRs. (That branch will be retained for posterity.)_

In #13, I'm adding all the data processing for comparing gene-level estimates between two genome builds for zebrafish.

Here, I'm adding the notebook that compares the gene-level values from tximport. The values are highly correlated.
