_I'm breaking up the files from jaclyn-taroni/qc_viz into smaller PRs. (That branch will be retained for posterity.) Note for this PR in particular I am not adding the earlier plot from the smaller test compendium that will be retained on that branch._

In this notebook, I use limma to identify genes that are different between technologies. I then examine the relationship between gene length and the t-statistic. Genes that are longer tend to have higher (QN'd) expression values in RNA-seq data.
