Closes #4 and adds some fixes to file paths required to run this locally. I'm going to try to tackle #5 before uploading this to Zenodo.

At that time, I will file a PR to change:

The Zenodo URL in the noop Dockerfile (https://github.com/AlexsLemonade/refinebio/blob/e360d6bd09ad72655983d6cd62d31eadddb571ef/workers/dockerfiles/Dockerfile.no_op#L45)
The file names in the noop processor (https://github.com/AlexsLemonade/refinebio/blob/675ea7a08757c60ea4aecf85a0f38b05714627a9/workers/data_refinery_workers/processors/no_op.py#L145)
