Purpose/Implementation Notes

Uses the updated env vars on vercel.com
Determines if env is prod when code is pushed to master and not from githubaction config
Should now work with prod, staging, preview envs

[x] Bugfix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
[x] New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)

Functional tests

Needs to be tested as deploys still
