Update Donate buttons (footer + about page) to new link #987

The "Fund the CCDL" button in the footer links to the the wrong donate form. We are no longer using that. Change the link to : https://www.alexslemonade.org/contribute/7?restrict=ChildhoodCancerDataLab

There is also donate button on the About page which needs to be updated.
