Added the interactive filtering to the faceted search in the case of the site code swap occurs before the BE API update.

This is fine for now, but we will be removing this before launch when the API updates response facets. Additionally, we will be removing all client side only queries as previously mentioned before development started.

Sure, please let me know once the API updates are completed and the new FE requirements have been set.
