290 - Integrate Slack API to the request data form for posting the notification in slack

Purpose/Implementation Notes

The following changes were made:

• integrated the Slack API to the request data form on the search results page in order to post users' request data submission to slack
• redirect users back to the homepage and show the appropriate notification after the submission

[!note] The CCDL test channel was added for testing/development purpose (see the temp commit: https://github.com/AlexsLemonade/refinebio-web/pull/298/commits/57f0ff1aa0611b3fd90cf9b24e9169d9bb68e5f9). This temp commit will be revised once three consecutive PRs (#299, #300, #301) are approved, thank you!
