Purpose/Implementation Notes

Resolved the TypeError so that the form can be submitted for regeneration of the dataset.

To test the implementation for regenerating a dataset: https://refinebio-fwvdk2mqu-ccdl.vercel.app/dataset/b6e85a7e-f5b8-4ce6-88d4-5e3c0cb443a0

In "Download Files Summary" section, click the "change" button to open the regeneration form
Without editing the download options, click the "Regenerate Dataset" button to submit the form
Once submitted, it should display the start processing dataset form without a TypeError
