Purpose/Implementation Notes

• Add custom events for internal links (navigations) to DOM elements using the GA custom events script
• Verified that custom events are firing correctly in the development environment

To see the internal links custom GA4 reports, please login to CCDL Analytics account, and navigate to the development property Refine.bio Web - Dev (issue https://github.com/AlexsLemonade/refinebio-web/issues/310).

We’ve streamlined the implementation by creating a wrapper method to track both external and internal link clicks. All changes are in PR #326, so I am closing this PR.
