Next.js v13 introduced the new routing model, App Router, which supports server side components and requires a new project structure. This epic is to track the router migration process from page to app.

This epic is closed for the following reason:

Via 1:1 instruction, the linked issue Discussion: Next.js App Router Migration will be converted into the epic for the Next.js app router migration (we'll treat the linked issue as the single source of truth of the epic).

Once the linked issue is converted into the epic, we'll continue to redefine/improve the implementation steps as necessary and the context of the epic will be updated accordingly to reflect those changes (e.g., requirements may change depending on the unexpected errors we encountered during the migration process).
