310 - Revise gtag script and add trackExperimentPageClick to search card components

Purpose/Implementation Notes

I've revised the gtag script and dimension names, and included the missing gtag.trackExperimentPageClick method to SearchCardHeader and SearchCardFooter based on local debugging while setting up the Refine.bio Web -Dev property in the analytics account.

I've completed the setup for #310 and it is ready for your review. Thank you David!

Make sure to overwrite the following methods:

[x] Remove the link type check from gtag.trackLink (from dev)
[ ] Remove the regeneratedDataset check from analytics/helpers/getDatasetOptionsChanges (in PR #365 currently merged into feature)

NOTE: For the second item, the components that calls gtag.trackRegeneratedDataset have been significantly refactored, thus this will be completed once the feature branch is merged into dev.
