Purpose/Implementation Notes

I've replaced config/options.compendia with getReadable and adjusted the codebase accordingly.

Changes include:

Deleted the compendia property from config/options
Adjusted helpers/getReadable to support an optional config object (that is not defined in config/readable)
Replace the delete config/options.compendia with the getRedable helper in sub-components

Refactor (addresses code organization and design mentioned in corresponding issue)
