Build a clean (no R dependencies) affymetrix image #3182

Problem or idea

For some reason there is a lot of installed packages in /usr/local/lib/R/site-library/

Solution or next step

Rebuild affymetrix image without any R packages installed.

The image was rebuilt with a clean R lib directory.
