Add newer RNA-seq platforms to list of supported RNA-seq platforms #3280

Context

The list of supported RNA-seq platforms (https://github.com/AlexsLemonade/refinebio/blob/ac3170a8cfd14a754282334204c048182963dac9/config/supported_rnaseq_platforms.txt) has not changed since it was initialized in 2018 when we were first implementing refine.bio.

Problem or idea

There are newer platforms we should support, such as the NovaSeq systems. Very roughly speaking, this should be any standard short-read sequencing platform capable of supporting whole-transcriptome sequencing for organisms we support.

Solution or next step

I will update config/supported_rnaseq_platforms.txt.
