We had originally commented out the ArrayExpress samples from the end to end tests because the surveying from that source is currently not functional. When we commented those samples out we forgot to update the number of expected samples to be successful later on in the test. This PR addresses that and adds a note to remove the omission of AE samples when that is functional again.
