Fix failing smasher tests: Process completed with exit code 8 #3379

Context

After the production deploy smasher job tests (compendia tests) started failing

Problem or idea

The error message is quite poor:

Downloading Microarray Files!
Error: Process completed with exit code 8.

The issue might be related to the microarray.txt download file list. The file itself needs to be in more suitable place instead of the project root.

Solution or next step

Investigate and resolve the issues.
