OpenRRP: Introduction to OpenScPCA slides

This issue tracks writing the opening set of slides for Day 2 of OpenRRP, with the following content:

• Tour of the website and the repo
• Discuss policies, briefly
• Discuss comms (issues vs discussions - including templates - vs slack)
• High-level discussion of the following (each of these items will be discussed in more detail later, so ~1 slide each is fine)
  • reproducibility considerations: renv, conda, docker
  • code review
  • how to get data

I have written a rough draft (emphasis on "rough" and "draft"!!) of these slides to start! @jashapiro please feel free to skim through with some high-level feedback on which areas to beef up, trim down, or other items to emphasize. I envision that, for image-only slides, we'll just describe what's going on in the image but I don't think we need bullets specifically (let me know if you disagree). After the slides, we'll take a tour of the OpenScPCA website.
